Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal adviser to NEXUS Luxury Collection (NEXUS) in structuring the equity investment and transaction for its plans to open T-Squared Social, a premium sports and entertainment gastro pub, in St. Andrews, Scotland.
T-Squared Social redefines the multi-dimensional dining experience, merging elevated cuisine and craft cocktails with state-of-the-art Full Swing simulators for golf and other interactive gameplay, duckpin bowling, darts, and premium sports-watching with large format televisions. This will be the second T-Squared Social opened by NEXUS and its shareholders Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake in recent months and will be located just three minutes from the famous Old Course in Scotland.
NEXUS is a global real estate development and hospitality management company operating luxury resort communities, private clubs, and hospitality assets and curating exclusive events, experiences, and services. NEXUS develops, operates, manages, and invests in properties, clubs, and experiential assets around the world that complement the interests and strengths of its partners – private investor Joe Lewis, golfing greats Tiger Woods and Ernie Els, and actor and musician Justin Timberlake.
