Madhavan is a renowned corporate attorney with a proven track record of 22 + years of effective corporate legal advisory spanning various industry sectors.
Prior to joining Emerald Law Offices, Madhavan was a Partner at Desai & Diwanji. Following his tenure at Desai & Diwanji, Madhavan was operating a boutique law firm along with Khizer Qureshi, catering to a diverse set of clientele in the fields of Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Venture Capital deals, Joint Ventures, Project Financing, Information Technology, Data Protection, Start-Up practise and General Corporate Advisory.
