DLA Piper strengthens Southeast Asia offering with Corporate partner appointment in Singapore

DLA Piper has appointed Jake Robson as a Corporate partner in its Singapore office.

Jake joins the firm from Greenberg Traurig. He focuses on advising strategic and private capital clients on complex cross-border transactions across South and Southeast Asia.

His practice spans mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and financial services transactions, with particular strength in technology, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, fintech and insurance.

Jake has advised on a number of high-profile and market-defining transactions across the region, including large-scale investments, infrastructure projects and multi-jurisdictional M&A mandates. His experience spans South and Southeast Asia, North Asia and key global investment corridors.

He is widely recognised by leading legal directories including Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR1000 for his work in Corporate and M&A.
