LLC and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., in an offering of US$1.025 billion of convertible senior notes by TeraWulf Inc., leading owner and operator of vertically integrated, low-carbon digital infrastructure. The offering consisted of 0.00% convertible senior notes due 2032.
