DLA Piper advised Sun Peak Metals Corp. (TSXV: PEAK | OTCQB: SUNPF) (Sun Peak) in the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Saudi Discovery Company SPV Limited, a mineral exploration company holding various prospective licenses in Saudi Arabia, and concurrent private placement.
This strategic combination aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and sets the stage for significant exploration initiatives in 2026.
The DLA Piper deal team in this transaction was led by Partner Denis Silva (Vancouver) and included Beatriz Albuquerque (Toronto) and Brenden Cowlishaw (Calgary).
