DLA Piper advises Sow Good Inc. in its Nasdaq Uplisting and first public offering as a freeze-dried candy company

DLA Piper advised Sow Good Inc., a trailblazing US-based freeze-dried candy and treat manufacturer, in its uplisting on the Nasdaq Capital Market stock exchange and first underwritten public offering as a freeze-dried candy company.

“This is a special company experiencing incredible growth as the freeze-dried candy market booms with no ceiling in sight. Given the incredible growth of our capital markets practice, we feel a special alignment with Sow Good and we’re thrilled to be a continued partner on their journey,” said Drew Valentine, the DLA Piper partner who led the deal team.

In addition to Valentine (New York/Austin), the DLA Piper team included associates Jordyn Giannone (New York/Short Hills), Danielle Snow (Austin) and Frances Asbury (Austin).

DLA Piper’s global capital markets team represents issuers and underwriters in registered and unregistered equity, equity-linked and debt capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, equity-linked securities offerings, and offerings of investments grade and high-yield debt securities.
