DLA Piper has advised Mapletree Investments (Mapletree), a global real estate development, investment and capital management company, on the purchase of 10 logistics warehouses in Spain from funds managed by Blackstone.
The warehouses are mainly concentrated in the first rings of Barcelona, Valencia and Madrid. They are also equipped with sustainability credentials.
The DLA Piper Real Estate team advising the asset manager was led by partner José María Oliva, together with Alejandro Marquez, senior associate, and Rodrigo Iglesias and Julia Fernández, associates.
