DLA Piper advised Monaco Enterprises, Inc. (Monaco Enterprises) on its US$120 million acquisition by Perimeter Solutions, Inc., a fire safety and specialty products solutions provider.
Monaco Enterprises, a portfolio company of Dauntless Capital Partners and Lometa Capital Partners, designs, assembles, and installs proprietary fire and life safety emergency communication and incident management systems.
