
DLA Piper advised EliseAI on its US$350 million capital raise at a US$4 billion valuation. The financing will help the company automate more of its customers’ housing and healthcare operations, accelerate the development and delivery of new products, and grow its engineering, deployment, and sales teams across North America.
The DLA Piper deal team was led by Partner Josh Seidenfeld (Palo Alto), who co-leads the firm’s Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice and leads the firm’s Northern California Corporate and Securities practice, and included Partner Sarah Chambless and Associates Melinda Banki, Ankeet Ball, Noah Crousore (all Los Angeles), Alex VanDerKolk (Dallas), and Katie Nguyen (San Diego).
