
DLA Piper advised Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte S.A. (Edenor), Argentina’s largest electricity distributor, on its reopening of Class 10 Notes for approximately US$200 million.
The Notes are denominated and payable in US dollars abroad, bear interest at a 9.5 percent annual rate and mature on April 28, 2033. The reopening adds approximately US$200 million to the Class 10 Notes originally issued on April 28, 2026 in an aggregate principal amount of US$550 million. As a result, the total outstanding principal amount of the Class 10 Notes is approximately US$750 million.
