DLA Piper advised Delta-v Capital as lead investor in HiddenLayer’s US$100 million Series B financing, which will support the continued expansion of HiddenLayer’s enterprise AI security platform for agentic, generative, and predictive AI applications.
Delta-v Capital invests in companies bridging the gap between traditional cybersecurity and the emerging security needs of AI systems as enterprises deploy AI models, applications, and agents in production. The financing will support HiddenLayer’s Agentic Runtime Security capabilities and Agent Harness Security, a new solution designed to secure autonomous AI coding agents at runtime.
The DLA Piper deal team was led by Partner Eric Grossman (Washington, DC) and included Partner Matt Servies (Atlanta), Of Counsel Christopher Thorson (Seattle), and Associate Stephen Truban (Reston/Washington, DC).
