DLA Piper today announced Brian Gingold has joined the firm as a co-lead of its New York Private Equity practice, underscoring the firm’s commitment to delivering sophisticated counsel to private equity sponsors, lenders, and portfolio companies across the full investment lifecycle.

Gingold has advised clients for more than 25 years across leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, complex carveouts, dispositions, recapitalizations, and reorganizations.
