DLA Piper has expanded its Investment Funds practice with the addition of Ari Feder, who brings nearly two decades of experience advising on tax issues in the private equity and alternative investment fund industry.
Feder, based in New York, advises private equity sponsors, alternative investment managers, and institutional investors on fund formation, structuring, M&A transactions, partnership taxation, and cross-border investments. His experience spans private equity funds, hedge funds, real estate joint ventures, and other alternative investment vehicles.
