Brisbane, Australia—Dentons continues to deliver on its Growth strategy with the addition of Planning and Environment Partner, Mitchell Osborne, to its Brisbane office.
Mitchell has over 15 years of experience in environment and planning law and is also a qualified town planner. Mitchell acts for developers, landowners, local and state government authorities and submitters across a broad range of planning, development and environmental matters in the Planning and Environment court.
Mitchell has represented both complainants and defendants in the Magistrates Court around planning and environment laws and regulations. Mitchell’s experience also includes preparing agreements and due diligence reports and providing clients with ‘front end’ advice on planning, environmental and infrastructure matters.
Dentons Australia Chair and Australasia Region CEO, Doug Stipanicev said Mitchell’s appointment complements Dentons’ existing property and construction practices and adds significant strength to the rapidly growing Brisbane office.
