Dentons US welcomes Schevon Salmon as partner in Health Care practice

Dentons US announces today that Schevon Salmon has joined the Firm’s Health Care practice as a partner. He advises pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies on Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulatory and corporate transactional matters throughout the product lifecycle.

Salmon’s practice focuses on FDA regulatory and corporate transactional matters, including product development, advertising and promotion; medical communications; good manufacturing practices for drugs and medical devices; and negotiation of quality and supply agreements. His experience expands Dentons’ capabilities in advising pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies on complex regulatory, compliance and transactional matters.

Prior to joining Dentons, Salmon served as corporate counsel for a global pharmaceutical company, where he provided strategic and risk-informed guidance to senior leaders on legal, regulatory and compliance issues related to product development, manufacturing and promotion. Earlier in his career, he worked at a regulatory-focused boutique firm, guiding clients through regulatory classification, marketing, compliance and enforcement matters before federal agencies including the FDA, the Department of Agriculture, Customs and Border Protection and the Environmental Protection Agency.
