Salt Lake City – The Firm represented Techcyte, Inc. in a technology transfer and investment transaction with Mayo Clinic. Techcyte develops clinical pathology AI platforms that integrate clinical workflows with standardized infrastructure, data schema, and technical expertise. The transaction closed December 22, 2023. This was the second 2023 transaction between Mayo and Techcyte in which the Firm has advised Techcyte.
Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar shareholders Jeff Jones (Corporate), Elisabeth Calvert (Corporate) and Tadiana Jones (IP/Licensing) led the transaction for Techcyte.
