Dentons Rattagan Arocena, together with Dentons Cárdenas & Cárdenas, advised the Colombian company O-tek Internacional S.A.S. and the Austrian company WIG Latam Holding GmbH (both buyers from the same Austrian Wietersdorfer group) in the purchase of 74.9% of the shares in the Argentine companies O-tek Argentina S.A. and O-tek Servicios Argentina S.A., and in the indirect purchase of O-tek Servicios Chile S.A. The seller was the Colombian company Grupo IMSA S.A.
The closing of the transaction was last May 16.
The buyers were assisted by Dentons Rattagan Arocena in Argentina as lead counsel, with a team led by partner Ricardo Balestra and Counsel Cecilia Tuccillo, while in Colombia they were assisted by partner Mauricio Borrero from Dentons Cárdenas & Cárdenas
The seller Grupo IMSA S.A. was represented by Associate Daniel Meza from Posee, Herrera, Ruiz in Colombia; and Partner Lucía Degano from Beccar Varela in Argentina.
