Through this placement, Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited, issued and allotted 121,466,562 Equity Shares of face value ₹ 10 each at an issue price of ₹ 165.14 per Equity Share (including a premium of ₹ 155.14 per Equity Share), aggregating up to ₹ 2,005.90 crores.
The placement document was filed with the stock exchanges i.e., BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
