Dentons HPRP congratulates PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) on the completion of the LRT Jakarta Phase 1B project, which is now ready for operation and awaiting its official launch date.
The 12.2-kilometre route connecting Kelapa Gading and Manggarai serves 11 stations and is set to further support public transportation connectivity in Jakarta. As part of the preparations for the commencement of operations, PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) invited the Dentons HPRP team to attend and witness the LRT Jakarta Service and Operations Trial on 11 September 2026.
Dentons HPRP’s Rail team has successfully supported LRT Jakarta in the development and construction of the Phase 1B project, valued at approximately Rp4.1 trillion, providing legal support throughout the project.
The Dentons HPRP team was led by Hendra Ong and Abraham Sylvester Harryandi (Partners), supported by Imam Ibnu (Senior Associate), and Aletheia Christy Hutabarat, Audrey Florence Nathalia Sitepu, and Muh. Afif Siduppa (Associates).
The project further strengthens Dentons HPRP’s track record in Indonesia’s railway sector, building on the team’s experience in supporting major rail infrastructure projects, including MRT Jakarta, LRT Jabodebek, and the Jakarta–Bandung High-Speed Railway. This experience reflects the firm’s continued involvement in significant transportation infrastructure developments in Indonesia.
Dentons HPRP extends its congratulations to PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) and all parties involved in the project, including the President Director of PT LRT Jakarta, the Project Director of PMC Services for LRT Jakarta Phase 1B, Joint Operation of Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd. and Oriental Consultants Indonesia, and the Project Manager for Construction of LRT Jakarta Phase 1B, Joint Operation of Waskita, Nindya, and LRS, as the project moves closer to its official launch and commencement of operations.
