Dentons HPRP provided end-to-end legal support throughout the transaction, including the drafting and negotiation transaction documents and closing assistance. Following completion of the transaction, Dentons HPRP also advised on various transition arrangements to facilitate business continuity and the handover of PT Bonna Indonesia.
