Dentons Hong Kong has advised XXF Group Holdings Limited, an established automobile retailer providing automobile finance lease service primarily through its self-operated sales outlets in the PRC, in the global offering of its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (SEHK: 2473). The offering raised a gross proceed of approximately HK$113 million.
