Dentons Hong Kong advised on Luyuan’s HK$700 million Initial Public Offering

Dentons Hong Kong has advised China Securities (International) Corporate Finance Company Limited and the other underwriters on the initial public offering of Luyuan Group Holding (Cayman) Limited, the fifth largest manufacturer of electric two-wheeled vehicles in China (SEHK: 2451) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The offering raised a net proceeds of approximately HK$700 million. Luyuan Group Holding is the first red-chip company that completed filing procedures with the China Securities Regulatory Commission of the PRC in connection with its overseas offering and listing.
