Dentons Hong Kong advised as joint lead managers’ and trustee’s Hong Kong counsels on Zhuhai Huafa Group’s offering of senior guaranteed bonds due 2028. Zhuhai Huafa Group Ltd. successfully issued CNY1,420 million aggregate principal amount of 3.05% senior guaranteed bonds due 2028. The joint lead managers in this deal include Haitong International, Dragonstone Capital, Guotai Junan International, BOB International, Huatai International, Hua Xia Bank Co., Limited Hong Kong Branch, China International Capital Corporation, CNCB Capital, CITIC Securities, China Securities International, Luso Bank Ltd., Huajin Securities (International), SPDB International, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Hong Kong Branch, CMBC Capital, Central International Securities, China CITIC Bank International, China Industrial Securities International, SunRiver International Securities Group Limited, SMBC Nikko, BOCOM International, China Galaxy International, Zhongtai International, Shenwan Hongyuan (H.K.) and Mizuho. The trustee of the deal is China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited.

Zhuhai Huafa Group Ltd. is a large state-owned conglomerate in the PRC with its business operations primarily conducted in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province and the group’s business primarily consists of six major segments, namely, urban operations, financial services, property development, technology industry, sales and trading and modern services.
