Dentons Cardenas & Cardenas advised Toppan Gravity Limited on the acquisition of 100% of Hogier Gartner, a leading producer of plastic credit cards in Colombia.

This transaction represents an important achievement for Toppan Gravity Limited as it strengthens its international expansion both in Colombian and in the Latin American market. In addition, Dentons Cardenas & Cardenas Corporate / M&A practice group provided legal counsel to Toppan Gravity Limited during all the stages of the acquisition process ensuring the successful closure of the transaction.
