Dentons advised Van der Vorm Poland on securing nearly PLN 200 million in financing from ING Bank Śląski for a portfolio of seven residential projects in Warsaw and Krakow.
The portfolio comprises newly built and refurbished properties, offering a total of 554 residential units, 141 student housing flats and 47 short-stay units. The transaction covers completed and fully let projects and represents Van der Vorm Poland’s first financing in the Polish market, supporting the company’s continued growth in the country.
