Riyadh —Dentons has advised Swissport International AG and Asyad Holding, the shareholders of Swissport Saudi Arabia Limited, in connection with the acquisition by Flynas of a 10% equity interest in Swissport Saudi Arabia Limited.
The transaction represents a significant strategic partnership between Swissport Saudi Arabia and Flynas, and supports continued investment in the Kingdom’s rapidly developing aviation sector.
As part of the broader transaction, Flynas has entered into a five-year ground-handling agreement with Swissport Saudi Arabia Limited, under which Swissport will provide ground-handling services across all commercial airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
