Dentons advises Penta Real Estate on acquisition of CSAD Praha Holding

Prague—Global law firm Dentons advised Penta on the acquisition of Rextim Holding, the parent company of ČSAD Praha Holding, which owns the Florenc bus station in the center of Prague, the neighboring “Bastion Florenc” office building, historical buildings on Washingtonova, Perlova and Křižíkova streets, as well as development sites in Smichov and Rohan.

Thanks to this milestone transaction, Penta can continue with the development of a new urban district in the vicinity of Prague’s Masaryk railway station connecting the diverse surrounding districts of Nové Město, Karlín and Žižkov. The project is based on the winning entry in the Florenc21 urban planning competition that took place in 2021.

Partner Monika Kajanková led Dentons’ transactional team, which included associates Jan Sedlák and Jan Blažek.

Monika Kajanková commented: “We are proud that Penta selected Dentons to advise on the transaction and contribute to the large development project, which will transform the wider center of Prague.”
