Dentons has advised PATRIZIA, the global real assets investment manager, on the sale of the R34 office building located in Warsaw at 34 Rzymowskiego Street. The property was acquired by A&A Majsterek Holding, a commercial property investor and manager in central Poland, for whom this was the first office transaction on the Warsaw market.
R34 (also known as BTA Office Center) is a 5-storey complex offering tenants more than 6,000 sq.m. of office space, as well as 83 above-ground and 20 underground parking spaces. The building is located in the business center of the Mokotów district, by the main arteries of this part of the city, with very good access not only to the city center, but also to the Fryderyk Chopin International Airport and the exit routes from Warsaw.
