Bratislava—Global law firm Dentons has advised the sellers on the successful sale of Fulfillment by FHB Group, one of Slovakia’s leading fulfillment and logistics providers, to euShipments.com, a 70%-owned subsidiary of Österreichische Post AG (Austrian Post).
Founded in 2008, FHB Group offers end-to-end logistics solutions to e-commerce businesses, including storage, order fulfillment, cross-border delivery, returns management, and cash-on-delivery solutions. It handled approximately 2.7 million parcels in 2025.
The strategic deal supports euShipments.com’s growth and presence in Central and Southeastern Europe, adding FHB’s two high-capacity, technology-driven fulfillment centers near Bratislava to its logistical network, which now counts ten facilities across Europe.
Dentons provided FHB Group will full-scope sell-side M&A and real estate advice on the transaction. Bratislava-based partner Juraj Gyárfáš led Dentons’ legal team on the deal, with support from senior associates Drahomír Široký and Ján Dulovič, associate Erik Kožúrik and junior associate Dávid Duda.
