
Dentons has advised mBank S.A. on the update of its Luxembourg listed €3 billion EMTN Programme and a new issue of €500 million Green Senior Preferred Notes due 2030.
Commerzbank, Erste Group, J.P. Morgan, UBS and UniCredit acted as Joint Lead Managers for the offering of the Notes.
A joint UK and Polish Capital Markets team advised the Firm’s long-standing client, mBank. The team was led in London by partner David Cohen working alongside associates Ed Varney and Miriam Babarinde and in Warsaw by partner Jakub Celiński, senior associate Paulina Galewska and associate Bartłomiej Książek as well as tax partner Dariusz Stolarek and senior associate Damian Bugaj.
