A Dentons team represented Biomerics, Inc., in the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding equity securities of Precision Concepts (Harrisonburg) LLC, Precision Concepts Group LLC, Precision Concepts Costa Rica, S.A., and IntraPac (Dominican Republic), Ltd., and substantially all of the assets of Precision Concepts (Mebane) LLC (collectively, the “Precision Concepts group”). Simultaneously, the firm also represented Biomerics in an investment into Biomerics, LLC, by ONCAP Biomerics, Inc.
Biomerics, LLC, is a medical device contract manufacturer headquartered in Utah, with facilities in California, Connecticut, Minnesota, Texas, Costa Rica and Ireland. The Precision Concepts group provides tailored, value-added solutions to customers’ packaging needs. It also supplies sustainable packaging products and processes to consumer goods and health care customers.
