Dentons has advised GoldenPeaks Capital on obtaining financing from BayernLB for new two portfolios of solar farms in Poland. The projects, Delta and Echo, will have a total capacity of 157 MW.

Dentons provided comprehensive support to GoldenPeaks Capital in preparing, negotiating and executing the financing documents, preparing a due diligence report on the projects included in the portfolio, and advising on PPA regulations.
