Paris—Dentons has advised DiversiTech, a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of components, accessories and solutions for the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) as well as plumbing industries, on its acquisition of MC Distribution, a French company specialized in the distribution of HVAC products.
This transaction marks a strategic milestone in the growth of DiversiTech’s European platform and further strengthens the company’s presence in France, one of the most dynamic and important markets in Europe. It gives rise to DiversiTech France, a business firmly rooted in the local market and supported by an enhanced distribution structure designed to provide customers with a direct point of contact, a more responsive logistics network, and technical and commercial support tailored to local requirements.
With manufacturing facilities and distribution centers across Europe, North America and Asia, DiversiTech serves thousands of professionals worldwide every year through a portfolio that combines product innovation, operational reliability and local technical support.
MC Distribution has a strong presence in the local market and a well-established network of commercial relationships built over many years alongside industry distributors and HVAC professionals. The integration of MC Distribution into DiversiTech’s European platform will bring DiversiTech closer to French HVAC/R professionals and support the development of its offering in France.
