
Prague—Global law firm Dentons has advised DEK, a. s., one of the leading building materials and construction services groups in the Czech Republic, on the sale of its construction software platform to MidEuropa.
The transaction includes the sale of DEK’s 100% shareholdings in ÚRS CZ a.s., Callida, s.r.o., and First information systems, s.r.o., together with its Slovak subsidiary. The acquisition is expected to complete in the second half of 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
The platform combines the market-leading construction software businesses ÚRS, First information systems and Callida. Together, they provide software solutions and proprietary construction data used daily by contractors, developers, quantity surveyors, cost estimators and public authorities across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The platform supports the entire construction project lifecycle, from cost estimation and budgeting to project management and digital construction diaries.
Dentons advised DEK throughout the transaction, including the competitive sale process and the negotiation of the transaction documentation.
