Berlin/Frankfurt—Global law firm Dentons has advised numerous banks in their capacity as promissory note creditors of Biotronik Group on obtaining repayment of their note loans.
The full repayment was completed on July 30, 2025, following the successful refinancing of Biotronik.
A Dentons team led by Andreas Ziegenhagen has been providing comprehensive advice to Biotronik Group’s promissory note creditors since 2023 with regard to the refinancing and related agreements. The team advised the group of creditors and provided intensive support throughout the restructuring period as promissory note representative.
