Dentons has advised Arsenale, an esteemed Italian company specialising in the development and operation of luxury hospitality assets, on their venture with Saudi Arabian Railways (SAR) to introduce the “Dream of the Desert” luxury train cruise in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This concept, reminiscent of the legendary Orient Express, is set to be the first of its kind in the Middle East region.
The “Dream of the Desert” will embark on a 770-mile journey from Riyadh, through Hail, to the northern city of Al-Qurayat, situated near the Jordanian border. Our team offered comprehensive guidance on corporate, contractual and regulatory matters, as well as all aspects of Arsenale’s 25-year contract with SAR.
