In a landmark ruling issued today, The High Court of Madrid has confirmed previous rulings on The Super League case and fully dismissed all appeals from UEFA, LaLiga and the Spanish Football Federation, which are further ordered to pay the cost of the proceedings.
The High Court of Madrid, applying the well-established doctrine of The Court of Justice of the European Union regarding sports in the European Union, has confirmed that our clients, European Super League Company and A22 Sports Management have been the victims of an abuse of dominant position by UEFA and FIFA.
