Global Law Firm Clifford Chance is delighted to announce the appointment of Emma Ghaffari as a Partner in our global Private Capital team, based in London.
A dual qualified Swedish and English lawyer, Emma joins from Skadden, where she advised on numerous high-profile and complex M&A transactions across a range of clients from leading private equity houses to international corporates. Prior to this, she held roles at Allen & Overy in Dubai, Freshfields in London, and White & Case in Stockholm, and was recognised for Nordic and MENA work in IFLR 1000: “Rising Stars Awards”.
