Global law firm Clifford Chance has hired counsel Adam Young in Washington, DC, further strengthening its healthcare offering within its US Complex Commercial Transactions & Outsourcing (CCTO) team and expanding the firm’s capabilities to advise clients across this sector.
Young joins the CCTO team after more than a decade at one of the nation’s largest healthcare organizations, where he most recently led the legal team supporting enterprise procurement and related operational functions. He advises clients on complex commercial, technology and outsourcing transactions, helping organizations structure, negotiate and implement strategic business arrangements. He has experience advising on enterprise procurement, technology-enabled services and large-scale sourcing transactions in regulated industries, most notably healthcare.
