
Global law firm Clifford Chance is strengthening its Private Capital offering with the appointment of Thyl Hassler who will be based in Germany. A highly experienced private equity infrastructure lawyer, Thyl joins Clifford Chance as a partner from White & Case. His arrival further enhances the firm’s market-leading global capabilities in private capital, energy and infrastructure.
Thyl Hassler advises leading financial sponsors, infrastructure funds, sovereign wealth funds and other investors in the energy and infrastructure sector on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, carve-outs, co-investments, joint ventures and strategic alliances. His experience spans a broad range of core infrastructure asset classes, including renewables, power and utilities infrastructure, battery storage, transport, digital infrastructure and hybrid infrastructure investments.
