Global law firm Clifford Chance advised UniCredit S.p.A. in connection with the granting of a term loan to Polish energy company ZE PAK S.A. The financing of up to PLN 340 million, which also includes a green loan tranche, will be used to finance or refinance the costs of the acquisition and development of wind farm projects in the Opolskie Voivodeship with a total planned connection capacity of approximately 500 MW, as well as for the company’s general corporate purposes.
