Clifford Chance advises UniCredit and other Dealers on the update of Bank Millennium’s €3 billion EMTN programme and two issues under the programme

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised UniCredit and other Dealers on the regular annual update of Bank Millennium’s €3 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme. We have also advised on two issues under the programme: the €400 million Fixed to Floating Rate Senior Non-Preferred Notes due 18 September 2027 and the subsequent private placement of €100 million Senior Non-Preferred Notes equally due 18 September 2027.

Partner Paul Deakins led the matter in London with senior associate Gopal Bains, lawyer Sarah Webb and trainee solicitor Cynthia Chiu. In Warsaw, the transaction was led by partner Grzegorz Namiotkiewicz and counsel Aleksandra Rudzińska.

This transaction continues Clifford Chance’s long-standing work on EMTN programmes, both in Poland and internationally.
