Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised TotalEnergies E&P USA, Inc. on its agreement with Lewis Energy Group to acquire a 45% stake in certain Eagle Ford dry gas producing assets in Texas.
TotalEnergies is the largest exporter of US LNG and this acquisition further strengthens TotalEnergies’ natural gas capabilities in the US.
