Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised the seller in relation to the disposal of a state of the art life science asset located in Assen, the Netherlands, for approximately 5,650 m² of lettable floor area, ample outdoor parking, and an energy performance label A++ and acquired by SCPI Transitions Europe.
The property was built in 2015 and expanded in 2020, and is now fully let to ICON, a globally active company providing a broad range of services, ranging from consulting to clinical development and commercialization services to the pharmaceutical industry.
The Clifford Chance team was led by Liesbeth Buiter and further consisted of Lotte de Bruin, Apolline Coly (Real Estate), Stern Flik, Alec Sanderson (Tax), Charlotte Horsten and Esmée Oldenkamp (Notary).
