Madrid: Clifford Chance has advised a syndicate of eight credit entities on the EUR 1.2 billion facility granted to Abertis Infraestructuras, S.A.
The financing was granted in connection with the concession of four toll roads in Puerto Rico (PR-20, PR-52, PR-53 and PR-66).
The Clifford Chance team comprised Global Financial Markets partner Epifanio Pérez, senior associate Ignacio Magariños and associate Beatriz González.
