Clifford Chance advises the lenders in relation to Coolworld’s new infrastructure financing facility

International law firm Clifford Chance has advised the lenders in relation to Coolworld’s infrastructure financing facility provided by Edmond de Rothschild’s BRIDGE EUR 5bn+ infrastructure debt platform. Coolworld is a market-leading specialist in mission-critical temperature control asset rental solutions.

The Clifford Chance team was led by Boudewijn Vermeer and Titus de Vries and further consisted of Lisa Ye, Sarah van Eijk, Tyson Reid, Arezo Zarbaf (Finance), Robin Houtveen, Nolan Groenland (Tax), Charlotte Horsten, Mark Jan Arends, Esmée OIdenkamp (Notary), Floris van de Bult and Merle van den Berg (Employment). Furthermore, Clifford Chance’s Paris, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt and Brussels’ offices were involved.
