
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised The Executive Centre (TEC), one of Asia’s leading providers of premium flexible workspace solutions, on a US$585 million hybrid financing provided by funds managed by Apollo Global Management.
The financing is intended primarily to refinance existing debt and support TEC’s future growth and expansion plans.
