Clifford Chance advises the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the OPEC Fund for International Development as lenders for the 240 MW Khizi-Absheron wind power project in Azerbaijan

The project is developed by ACWA Power and is expected to reduce carbon emissions by more than 400,000 tonnes annually.
