
Clifford Chance has advised Technip Energies N.V., a global technology and engineering company, on the issuance of €500 million aggregate principal amount of 4% senior unsecured notes due 10 June 2033 (the “Notes”).
The offering was more than five times oversubscribed among a broad European investor base. The Notes were admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Paris on 10 June 2026. The net proceeds of the Notes will be used by Technip Energies for general corporate purposes.
The banks’ syndicate was composed of Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and HSBC Continental Europe as Global Coordinators and Joint Lead Managers, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, Société Générale and Standard Chartered Bank AG as Active Bookrunners, and Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A., Crédit Industriel et Commercial S.A. and J.P. Morgan SE as Passive Bookrunners.
