Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised a fund managed by French asset manager SOFIDY on the acquisition of an office building in Hamburg. The seller is housing company TAG, which has its headquarters there. The seven-storey property with approx. 6,200 sqm of office space is located at Steckelhörn 5-9.
